Thanks for choosing to work with Joyride Music Promo. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you explore, evaluate, and purchase our services. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Joyride. By placing an order with Joyride, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Policy.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after completing your invoice to request a refund. If there’s something wrong with the service you purchased, or if we have not yet started the service, you may request a refund by following the steps below.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
